Reduce traffic noise while cycling

Perfect fit, closes ear opening without going deeply into ear canal, inserts easily with slight twist and removes easily with twist in opposite direction. I have been looking for ear plug to wear on traffic side (left ear only) when cycling to muffle jake brake, low droning from log and gravel trucks, bad mufflers, etc. These plugs reduce noise to tolerable level. I am canceling my appointment to have custom ear plugs made by an audiologist.

I use ear plugs mostly to block wind noise on my motorcycle. Tried these just to see and as suspected, the insertion handle interferes with my helmet. Good noise reduction and great for lawn mowing, however.

These plugs can block out all sound! The only downside is the sticks. You can sleep on your side.
