3M Virtua™ CCS Protective Eyewear employs the Cord Control System (CCS) to allow you to combine these high-quality safety glasses with a set of corded ear plugs (3M E-A-R UltraFit corded reusable ear plugs included) for a nuisance-free safety solution. Attach a pair of corded ear plugs to these glasses at the CSS Temple attachment points, and the cord serves as a lanyard to help the glasses stay in place. The cord won't tangle up, allowing the hearing protection ear plugs to remain ready to use at all times. The result is a comfortable, comprehensive, and effective eye and ear protector.
The glasses themselves feature wraparound, anti-fog, impact-resistant lenses set into lightweight frames. These polycarbonate lenses absorb 99.9% UVA and UVB. The foam gasket attachment (included) adds an optional plush foam inner layer that provides additional eye protection. The gasket is vented for air circulation, cutting down on fogging even in humid environments.
