How the Glo to Sleep GTS-2000 Deluxe Works
First, choose your 10, 20, or 30 minute dimmer time.
Next, choose your preferred brightness for the blue Glo dots.
Then just slip on the sleep mask and look upward. The padded, recessed pockets allow you to open and blink your eyes freely. All external lights will be blocked out by this premium sleep mask, which encourages the body to release natural, sleep-inducing melatonin.
