Elvex Impulse Mil-Spec Com-550 Electronic Folding Model Ear Muffs offer hearing
protection at 25 NRR, plus amplification of quiet sounds and suppression of
dangerously loud noises such as gunfire or industrial machinery. Unlike some
other shooting earmuffs, Impulse Electronic Ear Muffs let you hear everything
around you, so you can not only hear, but easily maintain full situational
awareness.
The internal volume is fully adjustable and limited to a completely safe 82 dB
level. When wearing the Elvex Impulse electronic earmuffs, you will be able to
hear everything around you better than you can with the open ear, while still
being protected from dangerously loud noise, automatically!

- 3.5mm standard input jack lets you connect to a radio (listen only). The input
signal is heard along with the ambient sound from the internal amplifiers.
- Power is via two AAA batteries in each ear cup (included.)
- Battery life is up to 200 hours, depending on volume settings.
- Auto turn-off after 4 hours to conserve power during non-use.
