I have terrible pain in my ears when descending and it has gotten worse over the years. A few years ago I suffered a burst ear drum when I had a bad cold and left these behind. These are so much better than other brands, softer and more comfortable and low profile, so you can fit a noise cancelling headset over them. I can hear announcements but I can’t hear the cabin crew very well when they ask me questions. But who cares? Better than having my ears in pain for days after a flight.

This is your best solution to relieve ear pain while flying. Sometimes it feels like you never boarded a plane.

I have used your product before, but I think the design must be a little different with these. They were awesome. I just made two flights home without chewing any gum and without pain. I can hear the announcements on the airplane and I really like the cleaning tool included. Thank you.

Having tried everything conventional to relieve severe ear pressure pain when flying I decided to give these a try, after reading the favourable reviews (and out of desperation). These are a life changer! For the first time in over 30 years, I have no ear discomfort on flights. I went from severe head pain and vomiting to nothing! I said to my husband, so this is how the other half feel when flying. I will now plan longer trips. Thank you so much for this amazing product! I recommend this highly to anyone with ear pressure problems.

I have excruciating pain when flying and will do anything to reduce it. I have used cheap versions of these from big box stores and although were ok, these got better reviews and overall feel seemed it would be better. I used them and they bring my pain from excrutiatong down to what normal people feel. I still have slight discomfort, but imagine if I had normal eustachian tubes, I would have no problems. They are a little intimidating, but I brought them to my ENT and they said to go ahead and put them in as directed. I get them in there, but thats how they have to go. Thanks for inventing them and allowing me to fly without so much pain.

These are by far the best flying earplugs I have used! I had tried two other flying ear plugs (EarPlanes and FliteMates) to reduce pain in my ears during descents. The others worked OK some of the time, but sometimes they did nothing (I guess they didn't fit my ears too well). The Alpine FlyFit are very soft and make a better seal than the others. I used them on 4 flights so far and had consistently great results.

I experienced severe inner ear pain upon landing when I didn't wear any ear plugs. With the cheaper ones, that are stiffer and you can only use twice, I still had some pain. But with the Alpine FlyFit ear plugs, no pain at all, and they are reusable as long as you wash them in warm soap and water after each use. Best to put them in your ears before takeoff and keep them in until landing. I found that even in the air if I took them off and there was turbulence or a change in altitude I experienced a little pressure, so keep them in. Hearing may be muffled but better than the cheaper brand. They are soft and flexible and adjust smoothly to changes in altitude.

I need to regulate ear pressure and pressure changes while flying, but I need to be able to hear at the same time. These earplugs blocked too much noise (not a problem if you need to block out noise!), but they did a good job preventing pressure discomfort. If you want to fly without pain and want noise reduction, these are OK. They aren't the most comfortable (you'll be very aware they're there while you wear them), and you'll hear yourself echo in your head when you speak, and you'll be unable to tell if you're speaking too loudly. I much, much prefer FliteMate plugs also from Ear Plug Superstore - better price, better comfort, minimal reduction in the ability to hear while wearing.

While I have not used them in flight yet, I have to say they fit well and are comfortable in. Hopefully they will perform as expected in flight and I will not have airplane ear for two days the next time I fly! I do have to hand it to the Earplug Superstore as well, the order was processed and shipped almost unbelievably fast! Great Job You All!

For folks that suffer from airplane ear this is one to try. Recently tried them on a trip to San Francisco and they were comfortable enough to leave in the whole trip and they worked! In combination with a allergy pill it did the trick. Thanks earplug store and my ears are happy!

After years of desperately trying every trick available to avoid the dreaded ear pain during flights, these are a miracle! So comfortable that I can leave them in from takeoff until landing, and I can actually hear better during the flight with them in since they reduce the background noise dramatically. I am so relieved to have found these! Thank you, Ear Plug Superstore and Alpine FlyFit earplugs! My ears will thank you for many flights to come!

I always have ear pain during descent of a flight and have tried EarPlanes in the past, with no real relief. With FlyFit Ear Plugs there was a definite improvement both times I used them. I still had some pressure build-up and pain, but it was half as bad as it usually was.

I had a short window before going over seas and the Ear Plug Store was out of stock on this item. I explained my short window and somehow they came through and got a set to me. This is my second set of plugs from them and without these plugs I would probably not fly anywhere.

I have had severe pain upon landing for years, and have used Ear Planes for children due to needing a small fit. Sometimes they worked, sometimes not. But always uncomfortable. I tried FlyFit for the first time and they were very comfortable and I had no pain on landings both at my destination and coming home. With Ear Planes, I never felt the same seal inside my ear, and maybe that's what made the difference. I'm going to stock up!

These worked great for me... They are soft, and easy to use. I could hear, and I could use my ipod or or headphones for the flight movie... I did not leave them in the whole flight, only on take off and descend. I would recommend them if your ears are sensative.
