Custom ear plugs and customer service
I bought a house in Florida that has a pool and I can’t swim without earplugs, so I decided to invest in custom formed earplugs and got a kit from the earplug store. It is absolutely changed my life in terms of being able to be in the water without getting ear infections. I use them almost every day so much that I wore them out and had to get the strap replaced.
