Cirrus EarPlanes ep2 Ear Plugs for Flying (NRR 20)

I purchased several pairs of earplugs for upcoming flights. One was the Cirrus EarPlanes that come in two sizes. I took the larger size but when I received them they were too large for my ears. I emailed the Ear Plug Store and requested a return and swap for the smaller size or a refund. I received a response several days later saying that since I had opened the package I could not receive a refund and they would not send the smaller pair.

I made several purchases from them over the years but I would be hard pressed to do business with this vendor again.

The earplugs don't look like the ones in the picture. They came without the blue plastic attachment to the plug which I believe is the updated version of it.
They were okay, I'm not sure how much it helped but probably did a bit. Honestly I don't remember if my ears popped during the flight, but I don't fly very often either.
I think the kids version (orange) would have been better for me since I have small ears, I bought them for my son.

I am adult have severe ear pain on landing on flights, because of narrow eustachian tubes in my ears. These are the best earplugs I have tried in the past years. They are so very comfortable, and really help reduce the ear pain on when landing on flights. I used them the entire flight. I am ecstatic to learn that they are also reusable, however, I wonder how many times one can reuse them, as it does not say on the package.
