These earplugs fit comfortably - I have worn them for many hours at a time. They're easy to insert, since they don't immediately expand after you roll them down. I am super sensitive to noises, and these are the only plugs that work for me. I have tried many other plugs (including the Howard Lite plugs) and they either did not fit right, hurt like heck to wear (either initially, after prolonged use, or after waking up), or just didn't lock the noise as well as I would have liked. For the working conditions and sleeping conditions I have, these are the best thing since sliced bread. Save yourself a lot of trouble and test a pair of these out.

Best around. If you turn them around you can really block out sound. I take them to rock concerts. They work perfect. Obnixious colors though.

I have, through some time, bought and tested several types of ear plugs, both foam types and others made of more permanent material with ribs and various constructions. My conclusion is that the best type overall is Moldex Spark Plugs. - They have very efficient noise reduction. - They do not cause pain in the ear canal because they are really soft, and the expansion pressure is not too high. - They can be used over and over again, easily e.g., ten times, so it is not necessary to take a new pair each time, even though they are of the disposable type. - They are easy to remove without pain. Other foam plugs typically have a blank coating which may easily fit to tightly to the ear canal and create an under pressure when they are taken out. Then they suck the eardrum out and release it with a bang. The Moldex Spark Plugs are more porous on the surface so that this painful effect is easily avoided. Moldex Spark Plugs are highly recommended.
