Flents PROTECHS™ Travel Reusable Ear Plugs (NRR 24/4)

These earplugs work well and are comfortable. They do stick out a good bit, so if you need to lie/lean on your ear on the plane, they may not be your best bet. I do have smaller ears for an adult male, so you may find they go farther in for you. That said, they do form a good seal, they do what they're supposed to do and help with pressure change and associated pain and ear-clearing problems. They're easy to wash and are reusable as long as you need them to be. The ends open if you need to hear more, and this really makes them extend from the ear. They're great for commuting or flying as a customer, but I wouldn't wear them if I were working as a customer-facing airline worker since they stick out quite far. But for giving you the option to block sound or hear more, and for less ear discomfort, they're great.
