For your advertising projects, party guests, customers, ticket holders or others, we offer a choice of many different foam earplugs in reusable earplug cases. Each ear plug case is decorated with a high quality white coated glossy label that we imprint with your full color custom image. The self-adhesive labels are applied to the top of each case and inside each case will be a pair of earplugs of your choice and a beaded keychain in your choice of silver or gold color.

Earplugs in reusable carry cases are an ideal low-cost advertising specialty give-away or sales item that recipients will actually value. Anyone who uses earplugs will appreciate your generous gift.

How our custom imprinting program works:
  1. You choose the ear plugs you prefer and the color of ear plug case you would like.
  2. You enter your order on this page, and tell us in the comments box during checkout which ear plugs you want. The minimum order is 100 and price breaks are at 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000.
  3. us your camera-ready art in .jpg format, using any number of colors you like. We will print your full color image on high-quality coated white glossy labels, with a full bleed if you like. The final image will be approximately 1" in diameter, so we recommend that you resize your image to that size so you can see how it will look before you send it to us. When you are ready to send your art, you do not need to shrink it, but please remove any background outside the circle. Our art department will resize it as needed to fit the labels.
  4. We produce a sample for your approval and send you a picture and/or a physical proof.
  5. You fax back a signed art proof approval form, we charge your credit card and release the job to production.
  6. Please allow 4-6 weeks for normal processing of jobs of 1,000 pieces or more. Smaller jobs are usually completed within 2-4 weeks.
  7. We do not guarantee meeting any deadline, however we offer a rush option as follows: Rush jobs will be put at the head of the line, immediately following any other rush jobs ahead of yours. The rush charge is $50.00. Any expedited shipping charges necessary to meet your deadline will be added to your order as well. We will not add rush charges or expedited shipping charges without your prior approval.
  8. All prices include setup with your camera ready art, label printing, earplugs, ear plug cases, beaded keychains, inserting the earplugs, one pair per case, and affixing the labels. Shipping is also included.

Generally looks good. The stickers were placed hapazardly rather than a reasonable attempt for consistency. Looks bad when being given in bulk like at our charity shoot. Other than that, everything was OK.
