    I've used them for a few days, and they are great so far. They were easy to mold, they stay in my ears well and don't slip or let noise in when I move. Also much more comfortable than flanges!

    Pros : - easy to follow instructions - Very comfortable Con : - not much noise cancellation. I can pretty clearly hear every sound after insertion. I got a good bit of the material deep into each ear canal, but still not much reduction of any frequency. They were not even close to the reduction of foam or silicone plugs. Maybe they work better for someone with larger ear canals?
