E-A-R EarSoft Yellow Neons UF Foam Ear Plugs - LARGE (NRR 33) (Box of 200 Pairs)

Excellent Product! - I sleep with these every night (you can get 2 nights out of a pair. Maybe 10 months of out a box of 200). I have tall, thin, oval ear entrances (nothing else blocks the tall oval), a nearly 90 degree first bend, and about a half inch canal length, with the "floor" of the canal rising rapidly to bend 2, where it becomes an oval smaller than a pencil eraser (stop the insertion at bend 2 or any plug can hurt or damage the ear). These plugs can be rolled easily (roll 80% of the length and leave the outer bit unrolled), lift the ear hard up and back, open the jaw, and quickly insert the roll. If they deflect off the rim of the first bend, shake the rolled foam as you are guiding it in - works every time. In my case I insert almost from the front to back of my head - not from the side (due to the 90 degree first bend). If you wear these under Peltor X5A Muffs, you will get (with logarithmic summing) about -35 or -36 dB NRR isolation - which is super quiet.

I ordered these earplugs from Australia because my ear canals are wider than average and standard plugs are a little narrow. I also needed high-level noise reduction to sleep well in a noisy share house. The earplugs are EXCELLENT! Highly recommended. Can't get anything like this in Australia. Very comfortable and soft, high noise reduction and fit well. Well worth paying the extra postage.

This plug continues to be my favorite plug for fit, NRR, and comfort. I've tried MANY different plugs but for my canals, these are the ones--up to now anyway.

I have switched from one EAR product to this one as my fav. And I've tried more than a few. Now, your ear canals may have different requirements due to size but this one is ultra soft and fills up my ears and I have 0 complaints. Be sure to watch the "how to" vid on this site as it can make a big diff how yours fit.

Big Ear Canals hear more noise. These ear plugs fit the bill. These are the best UF ear plugs I have ever tried. I will buy them again in the future.
