Perfect FitTM Custom Plugs for Business and
Industry
By popular demand we
now have Custom Noise Reduction Plugs available at discounted pricing for
business and industry customers as shown below. All prices include
shipping plus our unique impression kits that let you make impressions of
your employees' ears without the expense and hassle of a visit to an
audiologist. The
impression process is quick, simple and easy,
and we guarantee the fit. We inspect all impressions and if the
impressions we receive are not adequate, we will send you more materials
so that we make sure you get the great fit you are paying for.
Here is the process:
- Place your order for the style
and quantity you need.
- We ship you all the impression
materials and supplies along with fully illustrated instructions for
making your impressions.
- You mail back all the impressions
at the same time. (Be sure to keep all the impressions separate and
clearly label each with the employee name!)
- Our lab techs fabricate your
custom ear plugs and return them within about 2 weeks from the time we
receive your impressions.

Medium length canal and full
outer ear, breaker vented. Best for applications that require the
wearer to hear normal volume sounds, but be protected from
intermittent loud noises such as those made by machinery, large
presses, nail guns, and gunfire. Ideal for law enforcement and workers
who must be able to hear as well as needing protection. Usually about

To order, just
enter your selection for the particular custom plugs
you want, choosing the quantity you want us to process on that
order. We will then manually adjust the price to conform to the schedule
shown above and ship you the necessary impression materials within a day
or so. You can then make the impressions at your convenience and mail them
back to us. Once we have your impressions, our lab techs will fabricate
the finished plugs and get them back to you, usually within 10-14 days. We
guarantee the fit, so if you have any complaints, we will remake them at
no charge.
