PerfectFit™ Custom Sleep Plug (Standard)

Our custom sleep plugs are made with a thin shell in the outer ear and a medium length canal for optimum sleeping comfort. They do not provide the maximum in noise reduction, but are suitable for most sleeping situations. These plugs are also suitable for many other applications as well (see chart).

PerfectFit™ Custom Sleep Plug (Maximum)

These custom sleep plugs are made with a thin shell in the outer ear and a deep canal for the maximum in noise reduction. If the deep canal proves uncomfortable for you, we can modify these to our standard sleep plug profile at no extra charge within 30 days after delivery.

PerfectFit™ Custom Noise Reduction Plug (Standard)

Our standard custom noise reduction plugs have a full outer ear and a medium length canal for moderate noise applications and excellent comfort throughout the day, making these an ideal choice for many common applications.

PerfectFit™ Custom Noise Reduction Plug (Maximum)

Our maximum custom noise reduction plug is made with an overfilled outer ear and deep canal for the best noise reduction available in any plug. The extra deep canal can be bothersome to some people, so this plug is not recommended for any but the most challenging applications, however, if the deep canal proves to be uncomfortable, we will modify it back to the standard noise reduction plug profile at no extra charge within 30 days of delivery.

PerfectFit™ Custom Noise Reduction Plug (Breaker-Vented)

Custom ear plugs can cause an uncomfortable "plugged up" feeling. Our Breaker-Vented custom noise reduction plugs are made with a small vent canal that lets the inner ear breathe and lets the wearer hear normal speech. We insert into the vent, a "Noise Breaker" which acts to prevent hearing damage from extremely loud impact noises including gunfire, nail guns and many noises commonly encountered in construction and manufacturing environments.

PerfectFit™ Custom Swim Plug

Our custom swim plugs are made for swimming, showering and generally keeping the ears dry in wet situations. These plugs are ideal for waterbabies, old and young, and are especially recommended for kids 3 and over, who have ear tubes (that is "grommets" for our friends in the UK.)
