Each ear plug case is decorated with a hot-stamped foil imprint of your custom image. Inside each case will be a pair of earplugs of your choice and a beaded keychain in your choice of silver or gold color.

How our custom imprinting program works:
You choose the ear plugs you prefer, the color of ear plug case and the color of the keychain you would like, and the color of the imprint you want. We use a hot-stamped foil process so the imprint can be in just a single color. (Consider our custom labeled earplug cases, below, if you need more than one color in your custom image.)
You enter your order on this page, and tell us in the comments box during checkout which ear plugs you want and what color you would like your imprint to be. The minimum order is 1000 and your order must be in even increments of 1,000. Price breaks are at 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 25,000 and 50,000 each. (Consider our custom labeled earplug cases, below, if you need smaller quantities than 1,000.)
Email us your camera-ready art in .jpg format. We will hot-stamp your single color image directly on the lid of the carry case. The final image will be approximately 1" in diameter, so we recommend that you resize your image to that size so you can see how it will look before you send it to us. When you are ready to send your art, you do not need to shrink it, but please remove any background outside the circle. Our art department will resize it as needed to fit the cases.
We produce a black image pre-production proof for your approval. We can show you examples of previous jobs run, but for a production proof, additional charges will apply.
You fax back a signed art proof approval form, we charge your credit card and release the job to production.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for normal processing.
We do not guarantee meeting any deadline and a rush option is not available. Any expedited shipping charges necessary to meet your deadline will be added to your order. We will not add expedited shipping charges without your prior approval.
Pricing is in multiples of 1,000, so for example, 1,000 units are $1150, 5,000 units are $3400, and so on. If you need 2,000 units, those will be priced at the 1,000 unit price, and if you need 6,000 units, those will be priced at the 5,000 unit price. If you need an odd number such as 1750, please round up to the nearest multiple of 1,000.
All prices include the ear plug cases, setup with your camera ready art, custom-hot stamped foil printing of your image in a single color on each case, earplugs, inserted one pair per case, and one beaded keychain in each case. Shipping is also included.
